E-invoice new update for taxpayers.

Effective from 1st April 2025, taxpayers with an Annual Aggregate Turnover (AATO) of Rs. 10 crores and above will not be allowed to report e-Invoices older than 30 days from the date of reporting on the IRP portals. As per notification No. 10/2023 - Central Tax - dated 10-05-2023, 01st April 2022, e-Invoicing is mandatory for taxpayers with an annual turnover of more than Rs.5 crores from 1st August 2023.
